Full Server Lifecycle
We handle every phase from the moment hardware arrives on-site to the moment your team takes over a fully operational, documented server.
Delivery & Inspection
Receive hardware, verify manifest, inspect for shipping damage, log serial numbers and asset tags before any work begins.
Rack & Cable
Mount to rack unit position, install rail kits, run and label all power and data cabling per structured cabling standards.
BIOS /BMC Configuration
Set boot order, configure iDRAC/iLO/IPMI access, apply security hardening, update firmware to current stable release.
OS Installation
Bare-metal OS install (Linux or Windows Server), disk partitioning, driver installation, network config, and initial hardening.
Testing & Verification
Run burn-in diagnostics, verify redundant PSU/NIC failover, confirm remote management access, and run baseline performance checks.
Handover
Deliver signed handover checklist, as-built documentation, IPMI/BMC credentials verified, and photo set. Server is production-ready.

Preventive Maintenance
Scheduled Visits
Quarterly or bi-annual on-site visits for hardware health checks, firmware review, event log audit, and drive SMART analysis.
Firmware Lifecycle Tracking
We track vendor firmware advisories and notify you of security-relevant updates — no surprise CVEs on unpatched BMC firmware.
Maintenance Contracts
Fixed-fee annual contracts available covering scheduled visits, priority response for hardware failures, and parts coordination.
