What is Smart Hands Support?
Smart Hands is a remote-guided, on-site technical assistance service. Our certified engineers execute physical tasks in the datacenter on your behalf — following your instructions in real time or working from a predefined task list.
Whether you need a server rebooted, a cable replaced, a device visually inspected, or a new piece of hardware installed, netconn is there — fast, reliable, and fully documented.
What We Do
- Power cycling servers, switches, and network devices
- Hardware replacement (RAM, disks, NICs, PSUs, transceivers)
- Structured cabling and patching
- KVM / crash cart connection and console access
- Visual hardware inspection and LED/alarm reporting
- Labeling and inventory verification
